There are several convenient options for finalizing your Online Purchase, and obtaining the items purchased.
- Any online order can also be picked up for free at your local store. Some serial number specific and specialty items may need to be transferred to the store nearest you. This process can take as long as 10 days. If you have not received confirmation that your order is ready, then please contact us before trying to pickup your order.
- We can UPS/Fed-Ex the purchased item to you for an additional Fee depending on size, weight, and location.
Rental Shipping
There are several convenient options for finalizing your Rental/Purchase contract, and obtaining the instrument you have chosen.
- We can hold the instrument at a store for you to pick up at no additional charge. Some serial number specific and specialty items may need to be transferred to the store nearest you. This process can take as long as 10 days. If you have not received confirmation that your order is ready, then please contact us before trying to pickup your order.
- We can UPS the instrument to you for an additional $25.
- Or, if we have a rental drive at your school, we can bring the instrument with us at no additional charge..
- This will allow you to save time by avoiding the back-to-school traffic at the store and give you one less errand to run during one of the busiest times of the year.
